Overview
KT M&E Co., Ltd. is an M&E general contractor based in Tay Ninh, delivering turnkey packages across four building systems: M&E electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and water supply & drainage for residential, industrial and infrastructure projects.
Since 2021, KT M&E has partnered with investors in Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City under one consistent principle: documented work, certified materials, and clear handover.
Our history
February 24, 2021 — KT M&E Co., Ltd. was officially founded with the main business line “Other construction system installation”, headquartered at 91 An Thanh Quarter, An Tinh Ward, Tay Ninh Province.
2021–2023 — Delivered first projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh while building the resident supervision team and CO/CQ-based material control process.
2024–2026 — Expanded into large industrial projects across the Trang Bang and Phuoc Dong industrial parks, consolidating all four systems under one accountable contractor.
