A 12,000 m² factory in Trang Bang Industrial Park — one of KT M&E's largest industrial projects in 2024–2025.
Scope covered the full M&E package (substation, power distribution, factory lighting) and fire protection (addressable alarms, hose reels, sprinklers), passing PCCC acceptance at first submission. Resident engineers stayed on site for the entire 18-month build.
